THE OTHER SIDE OF FEAR

I recently saw an image on Pinterest that really resonated with me. I'm naturally drawn to hand-lettered designs, but the message of this image just really hit home. I clicked through to the original post by In Honor of Design to find out who created the design -- the talented Jessica of Coco and Mingo.

"Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of fear." Wow. This past year has been one of exploration and change for me. I finally took a hard look at what wasn't working in my life and decided to tackle the things I had been too scared to deal with. We sold our house. I decided to go back to school. And, I took a hard look at my health. Last September, I realized life was too short to feel helpless about this issues I had been facing for years. I began my research and finally decided to take the Advocare 24-day challenge in December. Guys, that one decision was a life-changer for me. (Click on the Advocare link above to read my full story.) Why am I sharing this with you? Because it's easy to fear change. It's easy to continue to live life as you know it. But, what if your life could be better? Often, just taking little leaps of faith will change your life in ways you never could have imagined. What are you afraid of? I dare you to take a little leap!
